At Capone’s Italian Cucina, we cook the way an Italian family does — loudly, generously, and with a little flourish. For 27 years, Chef/Owner Dino Ferraro and his family have proudly served Huntington Beach. As a locally owned and family-run small business, Capone’s has grown alongside the community we call home, welcoming generations of guests through our doors.
In the kitchen, Chef Dino’s hands-on approach is at the heart of everything we do. We pound our chicken by hand, simmer our house-made marinara, roll our own gnocchi, and flambé our signature vodka penne right in the pan. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions, whether you’re joining us for a family dinner, date night, celebration, or a casual night out.
